Micheline builds relationships through generative expression and reflective inquisition. Through one-on-one sessions, we develop a customised plan for living with intention and peace. Tools include breathwork, bibliotherapy, contemplative practice, Metta, NLP, and writing practice. Narratives and habits create a more satisfying and wise life. Such practices can lead to wiser and more satisfying choices and evoke a deeper sense of peace. Sessions include talk therapy, self-inquiry, and reflective practices, followed by strategy sessions with accountable action items for achieving more of the life you want. This unique blend of writing, mindfulness, and strategy allows clients to become their most confident and capable selves.
